Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 (32-ounce) package frozen tater tots thawed
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 (6-ounce) can crispy fried onion rings optional
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, the onion, the salt, and the pepper until the beef is no longer pink.
- Drain the skillet of excess liquids.
- Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
