Ingredients

  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or cream of onion soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated red-skinned potato wedges
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen cooked meatballs
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen stir-fry vegetables

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, combine the soup, the milk, the sour cream, the salt, and the pepper.
  • Stir in the potatoes, the meatballs, and the frozen vegetables.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 3-quart baking dish.
  • Bake, covered, until heated through, about 1 hour.
  • Serve hot.
