Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- fresh parsley optional, to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a small mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, the parmesan cheese, the garlic powder, the seasoned salt, and the ground black pepper and stir to combine.
- In a 9x13-inch glass baking dish or metal baking pan, arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer.
- Evenly spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Roast the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and the topping is golden-brown, about 45 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with the parsley.
