Ingredients
- 1 (3-ounce) package ramen noodles flavor packet reserved for separate use or discarded
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- chili flakes to taste
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon peanut oil
- 1 green onion optional, chopped, for garnish
Directions
- In a pot of boiling water, add the ramen noodles and cook them according to the package directions.
- In a bowl, add the eggs, the soy sauce, the vinegar, the chili flakes, the salt, and the black pepper and whisk to combine.
- In a pan over medium-low heat, add the oil.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the egg mixture.
- Add the egg mixture to the hot oil and cook, flipping it once, until the eggs are fully set, about 3 minutes per side.
- Serve garnished with the green onions.
