Ingredients
- 2 plain bagels sliced in half horizontally
- 1/2 cup low-sodium marinara sauce
- 1 cup rotisserie chicken breast shredded
- 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions
- Preheat the broiler.
- On a baking sheet, add the bagel halves, cut-side up.
- Broil the bagels until they are lightly toasted on top, about 2 minutes.
- Transfer the baking sheet from the oven.
- On the cut-side of each of the bagel halves, spread 2 tablespoons of the marinara sauce.
- Add 1/4 cup of the chicken on top of the marinara on each of the bagel halves.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken layer on each of the bagels.
- Broil the pizza bagels until the cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
