Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon Montreal Steak® Seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1 (19-ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 cup Italian cheese blend shredded
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the beef until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain.
- Add the steak seasoning, the water, and the bouillon to the beef and bring it to a boil.
- Stir the tortellini into the beef mixture and bring it to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer the pasta mixture, covered, until the tortellini are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the pasta mixture with the cheese.
- Let the pasta mixture stand until the cheese has melted, about 3 minutes.
- Serve.
