Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 pork chops boneless
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil.
  • Add the pork chops to the oil and cook until seared.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the condensed soup and the milk.
  • Arrange the potatoes and the onions in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Place the seared pork chops over the potatoes and the onions.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the pork chop mixture.
  • Bake the pork chop mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Top the pork chop mixture with the cheese and bake until the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, about 30 minutes.
  • Serve.
