Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/4 pound butter melted
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (4 pound) chicken cut into pieces
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Add the crushed garlic to the melted butter in a shallow dish, stirring to combine.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the garlic butter and then into the crumb mixture to coat.
- Place the coated chicken pieces into the prepared dish.
- Drizzle the chicken with the remaining garlic butter.
- Bake uncovered until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, about 1-1 1/4 hours.
