Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded, divided
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, diced
- pasta of your choice, to taste, cooked and warm, for serving
- parsley to taste, chopped, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, 3/4 cup of the parmesan, the seasoning salt, the black pepper, and the garlic powder.
- Place the diced chicken in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the mayonnaise mixture with the remaining parmesan.
- Bake the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 30-35 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over the warm pasta, garnished with the parsley.
