Ingredients
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 pork chops boneless, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a pan with foil and coat it with cooking spray.
- Combine the parmesan cheese, the breadcrumbs, the pepper, and the garlic powder on a plate.
- Rub the pork chops with the olive oil.
- Dip and coat the pork chops in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing as needed to make sure each of the chops are well-covered.
- Place the pork chops in the lined pan.
- Bake until the pork chops are cooked through at 145 degrees F internally, about 40-45 minutes.
