Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds fresh green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, add the green beans and the oil and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Add the salt, the garlic powder, and the pepper to the green beans and stir until they are evenly coated.
- Evenly spread the seasoned green beans over a large baking sheet then bake, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the baking sheet to a wire rack. Sprinkle the parmesan over the partially cooked green beans and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Bake the parmesan-coated green beans, stirring once halfway through, until the cheese is golden, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
