Ingredients
- 1 (4-ounce) can small shrimp rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice divided
- 1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese cubed
- 3/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup sweet red peppers chopped, roasted, and drained
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
- baked pita chips optional, for serving
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the shrimp, 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice, and the Greek seasoning.
- In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, the feta cheese, the red peppers, the garlic, and the remaining lemon juice.
- Cover and process until smooth.
- Stir the cheese mixture into the shrimp mixture.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Stir the dip before serving and garnish with the parsley.
- Serve the dip with the pita chips.
