Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 cups water
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (1-ounce) envelope onion soup mix
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the beef, breaking it into crumbles, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Drain the fat from the saucepan.
- Add the water, the stewed tomatoes, the mixed vegetables, the tomato sauce, and the onion soup mix to the saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and cover the saucepan.
- Simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
