Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large cucumber optionally peeled, sliced
- 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
Directions
- In a small bowl, add the sour cream, the lemon juice, the sugar, the dill, and the salt and stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, add the cucumber slices, the red onions, and the dressing mixture and stir to combine.
- Allow the salad to stand for 10 minutes.
- Stir and serve.
