Ingredients
- 4 medium ripe peaches plus a few peach slices for garnish, if desired
- 1 bottle Prosecco chilled
Directions
- Peel the peaches and slice them in half, removing the pits.
- Put the peeled peaches into a blender or a food processor, and then blend them until it forms a smooth purée.
- The peach purée is best when it is served chilled, so put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to chill.
- Once you’re ready to serve, pour 2 ounces (1/4 cup) of the chilled peach purée into each champagne flute.
- Pour the chilled Prosecco, being careful not to overflow.
- Stir the Prosecco and peach purée until it is mixed.
- Garnish the drink with another splash of prosecco and add a peach slice to the rim.
- Serve cold!
