Ingredients
- 1 (32-ounce) package frozen french fries
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce homemade or store-bought, plus more, to taste, for serving
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 16 slices pepperoni pizza topping-sized
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley optional, chopped, for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a 9x13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the fries to the prepared baking sheet, spreading them out evenly.
- Bake until the fries are crispy and golden-brown, about 20 minutes.
- Transfer the baking sheet from the oven.
- Top the fries evenly with 1/2 cup of the marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the marinara sauce layer evenly with the mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese.
- Top the cheese layer with the pepperoni.
- Bake the fries again until the cheese has melted, about 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately garnished with the parsley and with the extra marinara sauce.
