Ingredients
- 9 slider rolls
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 2 cups chicken cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cut the rolls in half lengthwise and place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Add the chicken evenly in a layer over the pesto.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella over the chicken layer.
- Return the top halves of the rolls to close the sandwiches.
- In a small bowl, add the butter, the garlic salt, and the parsley and whisk to combine.
- Brush the butter mixture over top of the sliders.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake until the mozzarella is softened, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
