Ingredients
For the drink:
- 16 ounces frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 ounces white rum
- 2/3 cups coconut milk plus more, to taste
Optional, for garnish:
- fresh pineapple wedges to taste
- maraschino cherries to taste
- 2 paper umbrellas
Directions
- Add the frozen pineapple chunks, the rum, and 2/3 cups of the coconut milk to a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Add the extra coconut milk to thin it out, as desired.
- Garnish with the pineapple wedges and the cherries.
- Serve with the umbrellas.
