Ingredients
- 2 (16.3-ounce) cans of refrigerated biscuits
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- cheese optional, of your choice, to taste, divided
- pizza sauce optional, to taste, divided
- pepperoni optional, to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a Bundt™ pan.
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place the biscuit pieces in a large bowl.
- Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, and 1/4 of the cheese you are using, tossing them to combine.
- Place about 1/2 of the biscuit mixture in the greased Bundt™ pan, spreading it so it is even throughout the pan.
- Add 1/2 of the sauce, 1/4 of the cheese, and 1/2 of the pepperoni to the pan.
- Add the remaining biscuit mixture to the pan.
- Cover the biscuit pieces with the remaining sauce, the remaining cheese, and the remaining pepperoni.
- Bake until cooked through, about 50 minutes-55 minutes.
- Transfer the pan from the oven and invert it onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm.
