Ingredients
- 5 cups chicken breast cooked and cubed
- 2 (10.75-ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups butter crackers crushed
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds optional
- 2 cups rice optional, cooked and warm, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the chicken cubes in a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- In a bowl, stir the cream of chicken soup and the sour cream together.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken cubes.
- In another bowl, combine the crackers and the melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture and the poppy seeds over the soup mixture.
