Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce light or all-purpose
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic very finely chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix the cider vinegar, the soy sauce, and the honey together in a small bowl. Set the sauce mixture aside.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the garlic powder, the paprika, the salt, and the pepper together to make a rub.
- Sprinkle the rub mixture over the tenderloins on all sides.
- In a large ovenproof skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Begin to sear the tenderloins until golden on all sides, about 3 minutes per side.
- Right before finishing searing, add the chopped garlic to the skillet and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.
- Add the sauce to the skillet and rotate the tenderloins in the sauce to ensure an even coating.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Roast to your preferred level of doneness, until 145 degrees F at minimum, about 15-18 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the oven.
- Transfer the tenderloins to a platter or cutting board and tent it with foil.
- Place the skillet with the remaining sauce back on the stovetop over medium heat, allowing it to simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes or.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and place the tenderloins back in the skillet to coat it in the sauce.
- Slice the pork and serve with the sauce!
