Ingredients
- 1 (5.1-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin purèe
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
- 3 cups whole milk
- 24 Oreos® crushed
- 5 ounces candy pumpkins
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the instant vanilla pudding mix, the pumpkin purèe, the pumpkin spice, and the milk and whisk to combine.
- Let the pudding mixture rest until it has thickened.
- Using 1/2 of the pudding mixture, evenly spoon 1/8 of it into the bottom of eight individual serving glasses.
- Using 1/2 of the cookie crumbs, evenly sprinkle 1/8 of it on top of each of the pudding mixtures.
- Using the remaining pudding mixture, evenly spoon 1/8 of it over each of the cookie layers, then evenly top each of them with the remaining cookie crumbs.
- Transfer the pudding glasses to the refrigerator and let them chill, about 30 minutes.
- Serve the pudding glasses evenly garnished with the pumpkin candies.
