Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds pork chops
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • salt to taste
  • pepper for taste

Directions

  • Drizzle a skillet with the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
  • Place the pork chops in the skillet and sear for 5 minutes.
  • Season with the salt and the pepper.
  • Flip the pork chops.
  • Season the other side and sear for another 5 minutes.
  • Add in the water and the barbeque sauce.
  • Cover and simmer on low until cooked through, about 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve hot!
