Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- brown sugar or honey optional, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- sesame seeds optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, add the soy sauce, the ginger, the sriracha, the garlic, the brown sugar, and the black pepper and whisk to combine.
- In a large skillet over high heat, add the sesame oil.
- Add the coleslaw mix to the hot oil and cook, while stirring, until the cabbage is just beginning to wilt but retains some crunch, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add the sauce mixture to the cabbage and cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve garnished with the sesame seeds.
