Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds baby potatoes cleaned and cut in half
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper or to taste
Directions
- Set your oven to 450 degrees F.
- Line a large baking sheet with either parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Then, transfer the potatoes to the baking sheet.
- Bake the potatoes until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and fork-tender, about 20 minutes.
