Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups RumChata
- 1/2 cup cinnamon-flavored whiskey
- 1/4 cup vanilla icing store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch crushed, plus more, to taste, for garnish
- ice to taste
- whipped cream to taste, store-bought or homemade, for topping
Directions
- In a large pitcher, add the RumChata and the whiskey and stir to combine.
- Use a butter knife to spread the icing onto the rims of six glasses.
- On a small plate, add 1/2 cup of the crushed cereal crumbs.
- Invert the icing-rimmed glasses, one at time, and press them into the cereal crumbs to cover the edges of the rim.
- Add ice to the glasses, then evenly pour the RumChata mixture into each glass.
- Serve the drinks topped with the whipped cream, garnished with the extra crushed cereal.
