Ingredients

  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 chicken breasts skinless and boneless

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a shallow plate, combine the ranch mix, the breadcrumbs, and the parmesan cheese.
  • Place the mayonnaise in a second shallow plate.
  • Dredge both sides of the chicken breasts through the mayonnaise.
  • Dredge both sides of the chicken breasts through the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 40 minutes.
  • Serve.
