Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 pound fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 1/4 pounds red potatoes diced
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 garlic cloves minced

Directions

  • Arrange the chicken breasts in the center of the slow cooker.
  • Place the green beans and the potatoes around the chicken.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk to combine the lemon juice, the olive oil, the salt, the oregano, the pepper, and the minced garlic.
