Ingredients
- 1 (32-ounce) bag hash browns
- 14 ounces kielbasa cut into small pieces
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Grease the slow cooker.
- Combine the hash browns, kielbasa, onions, and 2 cups of cheese in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the hashbrowns and sausage, giving it a stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the top.
- Cook the hash browns and sausage on low for a minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 8 hours. You can also cook it on high for 4-5 hours.
- Once the potatoes are cooked through, you can serve it immediately!
