Ingredients
- 2 (14-ounce) cans artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese cubed
Directions
- Place the artichoke hearts, the spinach, the sour cream, the onion, the garlic, the parmesan, the milk, the feta, the mayonnaise, the vinegar, and the pepper into a slow cooker, stirring until fully combined.
- Top with the cream cheese.
- Cover and cook for 2 hours on low heat.
- Uncover and stir until the cream cheese is fully combined.
