Ingredients

  • 1 (9.3-ounce) bag microwave popcorn preferably natural-flavored
  • 16 ounces white chocolate chips
  • red and green sprinkles to taste

Directions

  • Line a large baking sheet with wax paper.
  • In the microwave, pop the popcorn according to the package directions.
  • Transfer the popped popcorn to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  • Remove and discard any unpopped kernels.
  • In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate.
  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, cooking it in 30-second intervals and stirring between each interval until smooth.
  • Pour the white chocolate over the popcorn and toss until it is fully coated.
  • Spread the coated popcorn out in a single, even layer.
  • Add the sprinkles evenly to the popcorn.
  • Allow the popcorn to set at room temperature or place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Serve.
