Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) package linguini cooked
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
4 chicken breasts cooked and diced
2 (10.5-ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large pot of salted, boiling water, cook the linguini to al dente according to the package directions.
Drain the water from the linguini and return the pasta to the pot.
While the linguini is cooking, in a large bowl, combine the butter, the chicken, the cream of chicken soup, the sour cream, the Italian seasoning, the salt, the pepper, and the chicken broth and mix well.
Stir the cooked linguini into the chicken mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
Bake the chicken mixture, uncovered, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and the cheeses are melted and bubbling, about 35–45 minutes.
Serve.
