Ingredients
For the drinks:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh clementine juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup simple syrup homemade or store-bought, plus more, to taste
- 1 cup seltzer water cold, unflavored or lime-flavored, plus more, to taste
- ice to taste, crushed
Optional, for garnish:
- clementine slices to taste
- fresh mint to taste
- lime wedges to taste
Directions
- In a large pitcher, add the clementine juice, the lime juice, the vodka, and 1/4 cup of the simple syrup and stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate the cocktail mixture for 1 hour.
- Add 1 cup of the seltzer to the cocktail mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Taste the cocktail mixture and add the extra simple syrup and the extra seltzer, as needed.
- Fill the intended serving glasses with the crushed ice.
- Evenly add the cocktail mixture to the glasses.
- Serve garnished with the clementine slices, the fresh mint, and the lime wedges.
