Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt optional
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup milk 2%
- 6 chicken breast halves boneless, skinless
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- paprika to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Combine the bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place the milk in a shallow bowl.
- Dip the chicken in the milk, then toss it in the crumb mixture.
- Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish.
- Combine the garlic, butter, and lemon juice.
- Drizzle the butter mixture over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the chicken with paprika.
- Bake, uncovered, until the chicken is cooked to 165 degrees F, about 15-25 minutes.
- Serve hot.
