Ingredients
- 1 stick butter plus more, to taste, for greasing the pan
- 1 (12-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 cups Lucky Charms® cereal
Directions
- Using the extra butter, grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt 1 stick of the remaining butter.
- Add the marshmallows and the salt to the melted butter and stir until completely melted.
- Transfer the pot from the heat.
- Add the cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the cereal mixture into the prepared baking dish. Be careful not to pack the cereal mixture too tightly into the dish.
- Allow the cereal mixture to cool completely.
- Slice and serve.
