Ingredients
For the fajitas:
- 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin thinly sliced
- 3 bell peppers colors of your choice, thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow onion thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lime juiced
- 6 fajita-size flour tortillas
Optional toppings:
- salsa to taste
- sour cream to taste
- guacamole to taste
- cilantro to taste, chopped
- lime wedges to taste
Directions
- Preheat the grill on high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the steak, the peppers, the onions, the oil, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the cumin, the chili powder, the cayenne pepper, and the lime juice, tossing to combine.
- Portion the steak mixture evenly into the center of four 12x12-inch pieces of foil.
- Fold the foil tightly around the steak mixtures, creating packets.
