Ingredients
- 1 (6-ounce) box stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 pounds (1/2-3/4-inch-thick) pork chops boneless
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, add the stuffing mix and the broth and stir to combine.
- Set the stuffing mixture aside.
- In a 9x13-inch baking dish, add the pork chops in a single layer.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the chops.
- Once the stuffing mixture has absorbed all of the broth, add it to the baking dish and spread it out evenly over top of the pork chops.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake it for 30 minutes.
- Remove and discard the foil and rotate the baking dish.
- Bake until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F, about 10 minutes.
- Serve.
