Summer Sippin' is the season's best brew! Ingredients

  • 3 quarts water
  • 9 black tea bags
  • 3/4 cup sugar plus more, to taste
  • 1 (12-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
  • ice optional, to taste, for serving
  • lemon slices optional, to taste, for garnish

Directions

  • In a Dutch oven, add the water and bring it to a boil.
  • Transfer the Dutch oven from the heat.
  • Add the tea bags to the hot water and cover the Dutch oven.
  • Let the tea bags steep for 5 minutes.
  • Carefully remove and discard the tea bags.
  • Add 3/4 cup of the sugar and the lemonade concentrate. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding the extra sugar, as needed.
  • Cover the Dutch oven and refrigerate it until chilled, about 2 hours.
  • Serve over the ice and garnish with the lemon slices.
