Ingredients

2 red bell peppers cut into thick rounds
2 yellow bell peppers cut into thick rounds
1 large yellow onion cut into thick rounds
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 (12-ounce) rib-eye steaks boneless, pounded about 1 1/2-inch-thick
4 teaspoons McCormick's® Grill Mates® Montreal® Steak seasoning
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons salted butter
parsley to taste, chopped, for garnish

Directions

Adjust an oven rack 6 inches from the heat source, then preheat the oven to the broiler setting.
Grease a rimmed baking sheet.
Evenly spread the red bell peppers, the yellow bell peppers, the onions, and the tomatoes over the prepared baking sheet.
Nestle the steaks into the veggie layer, leaving about 1 inch between them so they are not touching.
Season each of the steaks with 1 teaspoon of the steak seasoning, then drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of the oil.
Top each of the steaks with 1 tablespoon of the butter.
Broil the steak mixture until the meat is browned on top, about 5 minutes.
Transfer the baking sheet from the oven.
Use tongs to flip the steaks, then sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon of the remaining steak seasoning.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of the remaining oil over each of the steaks then top each with 1 tablespoon of the remaining butter.
Broil the steak mixture until the meat reaches an internal temperature of at least 135 degrees F for medium-rare, about 3 minutes.
Serve the steak mixture garnished with the parsley.
