Ingredients
- 1 (14-16-pound) smoked ham fully cooked, spiral-cut, bone-in
- 6 cloves garlic
- 8 1/2 ounces orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 orange zested
- 1/4 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the ham in a heavy roasting pan.
- Mince the garlic in a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
- Add the marmalade, the mustard, the brown sugar, the orange zest, and the orange juice to the garlic and process until it is smooth.
- Pour the glaze over the ham and bake until the ham is fully heated and the glaze has browned, about 1 hour.
- Serve the ham hot or at room temperature.
