Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups chicken diced and cooked
- 1 cup celery thinly sliced
- 1 cup green pepper chopped
- 2 large red apples optional, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley minced
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, tarragon, and pepper.

- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours and up to 5 hours.
