Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 slices sourdough bread toasted
- 2 cups leftover roasted turkey
- 1/2 cup leftover mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup leftover stuffing
- 1/4 cup warm gravy
- 1/4 cup baby spinach optional
Directions
- Using a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and mustard.
- Spread 1 side of 2 slices of the bread with the mayo and mustard mixture.
- Evenly divide the turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, stuffing, gravy, and spinach on top of the mustard and mayo-smeared slices.
- Place the second slices of the bread on top to complete the sandwiches.
- Serve.
