Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 slices multigrain bread toasted
- 3 ounces chicken breast boneless and skinless, cooked and sliced
- 2 slices tomato
Directions
- In a bowl, add the avocado and mash it with a fork.
- Spread the mashed avocado on 1 slice of the toasted bread.
- Top the avocado layer with the chicken and the tomatoes.
- Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slice and serve.
