Ingredients
- olive oil to taste
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 onion chopped
- 8-12 thick slices pancetta cut into small squares
- 4 eggs
- salt to taste
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- 2 (16-ounce) packages spaghetti
- 2 cups parmesan cheese grated
Directions
- Fill a frying pan with 1/2 inch of the olive oil and add the garlic, the onion, and the pancetta.

- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
