Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast cubed and cooked
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple drained
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 6 sandwich rolls split
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, the pineapple, the pecans, the celery, the onion, and the relish.
