Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce St-Germain® Liqueur
  • 1 sprig mint plus more, whole leaves, to taste, for garnish
  • ice to taste
  • 4 ounces prosecco chilled
  • 1 ounce soda water chilled
  • 1 lemon wheel optional, for garnish

Directions

  • In a stemless wine glass, add the St-Germain and one of the mint sprigs and gently muddle them together. Allow the muddled mixture to sit for 3 minutes.
  • Add the ice, the prosecco, and the soda water to the wine glass and stir briefly and gently to combine.
  • Serve garnished with the extra mint leaves and the lemon wheel.
