Ingredients
- 1 (1-ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 (1-inch-thick 8-10-ounce) pork loin chops, bone-in
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Coat a baking rack with nonstick spray.
- Place the prepared rack in a 15x10-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, add the ranch dressing mix, the paprika, the salt, and the black pepper and whisk to combine.
- Evenly rub the spice mixture all over the pork chops.
- Transfer the chops to the prepared rack in the baking dish.
- Roast the chops until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
- Let the chops stand for 5 minutes.
