Ingredients
- 1 (1-3-tablespoon) scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder
- 1 cup baby spinach loosely packed
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 12 ounces water plain milk, or plant-based milk
Directions
- In a blender, add the protein powder, the baby spinach, the frozen mixed berries, and the ground flaxseed and purée until combined.
- Add the water, a little at a time, and purée until you reach the desired consistency. You may not need all of the water.
- Serve.
