Ingredients
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 2 tablespoons scallions chopped
- 3 tablespoons milk
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a food processor, add the garlic clove and process until it is finely chopped.
