Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream very cold
- 1 cup milk
- chocolate sprinkles optional, to taste, for garnish
- marshmallows optional, to taste, for garnish
Directions
- In a large, cold metal bowl, add the hot chocolate mix, the powdered sugar, and the heavy cream and use a handheld electric mixer on high speed to beat until it forms a chocolate whipped cream with stiff peaks.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the milk and microwave it until hot.
- In two serving mugs, evenly add the hot milk.
- In a piping bag or a resealable plastic bag with a snipped corner, add the chocolate whipped cream.
- Pipe the chocolate whipped cream, in swirls, on top of the hot milk.
- Serve garnished with the sprinkles and the marshmallows.
